My professional background

Self-taught, Julian Jacob left school at the age of 16 to work various odd jobs such as waiter, salesman and delivery man.

At only 20 years old, without any capital, he got into debt and launched into entrepreneurship in the real estate sector, creating an initial business of despecializing commercial premises that he would sell a little later.

At 24, after selling his first businesses in France, Julian made the bold decision to leave everything behind to move to Los Angeles in the United States, despite having no knowledge of the English language. Convinced that the French market was too small, and with no experience, he started out as an inde-pendent salesperson for several media groups while taking English classes in the evenings and on weekends. Thanks to his ambition and hard work, he quickly climbed the ladder and began to supervise up to several hundred employees around the world.

During his career, Julian has negotiated and signed over 800 contracts covering more than 190 countries generating the sale of over 750 Million products, in various sectors, ranging from consumer goods to digital (gaming).

He has worked and collaborated with some of the most renowned companies in the world (Ferrero, Kellog's, Playmobil, Mac Donald, Burger King, Panini, Bandai, Hachette, Puma, Swatch, Volkswagen, Danone etc), operating in more than 80 sectors of activity allowing him to acquire in-depth experience in several industries. Julian now collaborates with the biggest studios in the world such as Paramount, Hasbro, Emoji on international brands such as: Paw Patrol, Peppa Pig, SpongeBob, Monopoly, Ninja Turtles, Emoji, etc…

In 2022, Julian JACOB founded WYNCOR, a revolutionary company in the toy industry. WYNCOR conceptualizes, manufactures and distributes toys in a dematerialized way, without inventory or stock, with an unmatched speed of execution and becomes the first 'TOYSTECH' company in the world. Less than two years after its creation, the company already exports several million toys to more than 15,000 stores with patented products such as the Miraball Pat Patrouille, or Peppa Pig, Les Kwaaks, which are already a worldwide success in more than 40 countries.
The company has employees in France, Spain, China, the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan and Latin America.

It is also proud to support the Gustave Roussy Institute by donating a percentage of its sales to cancer research.

Julian Jacob is also very involved in the charitable field. Since he was very young, he has supported various charities and carried out annual actions, including toy deliveries, particularly to the Necker Hospital and various hospitals around the world for hospitalized children.

He is convinced that toys have the power to heal the world's ills and even end conflicts, recalling that, deep down, we are all big children.

Today, Julian resides between France and the United States. He sits on the boards of directors of companies in the media and consumer goods sectors and remains deeply involved in the world of startups and charities. He is also a speaker at various professional events.
